About Fattoria Le Pupille
From its elegant farmhouse estate near Grosseto, Fattoria Le Pupille has grown into a benchmark for Maremma winemaking. Surrounded by 75 hectares of vineyards and guided by three decades of bold decisions, the estate reflects both innovation and deep respect for the land.
Elisabetta Geppetti—known as The Lady of Morellino—was the first woman to lead a wine consortium in Italy and continues to inspire a new generation, now joined by her daughter Clara Gentili in shaping the estate’s future.
Ettore Rizzi, son of Elisabetta and winemaker of the estate, will lead the tasting.

Piemme 2020
Born from the sun-drenched, gypsum-rich soils of Maremma, Piemme reflects Fattoria Le Pupille’s bold pursuit of excellence in white winemaking. Planted in 1996, this Petit Manseng captures the essence of its Mediterranean terroir—salty sea breezes, clay-laced earth, and intense sunlight. A rare white from a land known for reds, Piemme is a tribute to place, vision, and persistence.
Morellino di Scansano Riserva 2020
The Reserva represents the origins of Fattoria Le Pupille. Originally called “Rosso di Pereta”, it is winery’s first wine to be produced which became, after the constitution of the Appellation’s disciplinary in 1978 – Morellino di Scansano
Poggio Valente 2021
Since 1996, this reimagined vineyard has become a benchmark for Sangiovese in Maremma. Its elegance reflects Elisabetta Geppetti’s passion and coastal winemaking philosophy.
