Lucciola introduces The Giusti Experience, a unique fine-dining collaboration with Acetaia Giusti, the world’s oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (1605). For the first time, the atmosphere of a traditional Modenese acetaiahas been recreated in New York City through a custom-designed Giusti Corner, showcasing historic casks, iconic vinegars, and handcrafted elements inspired by Giusti’s ageing rooms.

This intimate tasting—just six seats—features a six-course menu by Chef Michele Casadei Massari, where each dish is paired with a different Giusti balsamic aged from 8 to over 100 years. Highlights include Giusti’s 3, 4, and 5 Gold Medals, the limited Ginepro, and the rare Riserva Privata, drawn from Chef Michele’s personal barrels in Modena.
Every detail—from barrel-wood chargers to custom ceramic tasting spoons—honors the heritage and craftsmanship of Giusti’s four centuries of tradition.
