An Intimate Dinner of Alto Adige’s Great Vineyards

A rare evening dedicated to one of Alto Adige’s most historic and visionary estates, guided by Niklas Foradori Hofstätter and paired with a tasting menu by Executive Chef Michele Casadei Massari.

Lucciola Wine Club NYC presents an exclusive dinner with J. Hofstätter, one of Alto Adige’s benchmark estates for single-vineyard wines.

Guests will explore a focused selection of wines defined by alpine precision and depth, guided by Niklas Foradori Hofstätter, who will share the philosophy and identity behind each vineyard.

A tasting menu by Executive Chef Michele Casadei Massari will accompany the wines — crafted to elevate, challenge, and reveal their full gastronomic potential.

Some wineries preserve tradition. Others redefine it.

Founded in 1907 in Tramin, J. Hofstätter is a reference point for Alto Adige, pioneering the Vigna single-vineyard classification and setting a standard for terroir-driven wines.

This dinner brings that philosophy to the table — from the tension of Trento DOC to the elegance of Pinot Bianco, the depth of mature Pinot Nero, and the structure of Lagrein.

At the center of the evening is Niklas Foradori Hofstätter, representing the fifth generation. His international perspective and hands-on role bring a fresh, forward-looking energy to the estate.

Paired alongside, Chef Michele Casadei Massari will present a menu designed to move with the wines — refined, expressive, and intentionally pushing beyond classic pairings.

This is the essence of the Lucciola Wine Club: an intimate dinner where wine, cuisine, and conversation meet.
