Colomba Giusti comes from the sweet-and-sour taste of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and the fragrance of the traditional Italian Easter dessert. A soft and sweet leavened cake with pleasant Balsamic scents. Our 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar is added to the dough, used to soak the raisins and added in the form of cream filling. Colomba Giusti is finally covered with a delicious dark chocolate coating.
A classic Easter dessert with an unusual and original combination, perfectly balanced and pleasant on the palate.
